Process Control Shift Supervisor

Supervises operators in performance of assigned duties, conducts related training, and administers the safety program. Supervises and directs personnel on shift in performing their work safely
Maintains product uniformity and quality by such measures as "in-process" testing, and initiates changes in process parameters according to quality guidelines.
Completes shift logs, operating reports, and quality data entry.
Inspects and monitors plant areas in order to maintain safety, security, quality, and environmental control standards.
Monitors and inspects operating equipment, analyzes problems, and initiates related corrective action, and supervises maintenance on "call outs".
Responsible for all plant activities during "other than regular work week hours". This includes, but is not limited to receiving material and supervising the unloading and storage of supplies, supervising warehouse or maintenance personnel, monitoring contractor activities, and application of company policies where necessary.
Covers other shifts for PTO as required and performs related responsibilities as required or directed.
Minimum 2 years college in engineering or detailed knowledge of plant process and operating procedures, and general knowledge of associated mechanical, instrument and electrical equipment as might normally be acquired through the equivalent of five years of related plant experience.
Works with Operations Supervisor, Process Coordinator, and department heads to accomplish production and quality goals.
Requires overtime working rotating shifts and the ability to think and react quickly in emergency situations. Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds on a regular basis and to stand, walk, climb ladders, and bend up to entire duration of shift. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
